Is Burning Permitted in the township?
Yes. Burning is permitted between the hours of 6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday and Saturday.
When is an Occupancy Permit required?
Sewickley Township does not have an ordinance requiring an Occupancy permit for a residential sale. However, the Pennsylvania UCC Building Code does require an Occupancy Permit at the time a Commercial Building permit has been issued.
