Crabapple Lake Park Pavilion Rentals
All pavilion rentals require a $50.00 Security Deposit in the form of a check, separate from the rental fee payment, at the time of your reservation. The Rental Fee payment may be paid either by check or in cash. Checks are to be made out to Sewickley Township Recreation and may be brought to the Township Office or mailed to the address below.

Please also note that your reservation is not confirmed until your full Security Deposit and Rental Fee payments have been received.
If serving alcohol, a copy of your homeowner’s insurance policy is required at the time of reservation.
An additional $25.00 will be added to your rental fee if you would like to extend your rental time until 10:00pm.
CANCELATION POLICY: If canceled 30 or more days before the rental date, a full refund will be returned. If canceled less than 30 days from the rental date, the rental fee will be returned, but the security deposit will be retained.

Crabapple Lake Park Pavilion Rental Rules:
- Fishing: Subject to State Law
- Illegal activities or activities that are repulsive to public interest are prohibited. Violators will be subject to prosecution.
- Defacing and removing park property, including trees, shrubs, and flowers is prohibited. Violators will be subject to prosecution.
- Loss or Damage to personal property is not the Park’s responsibility. Sewickley Township shall not be held liable for personal injury.
- Park Hours: 8:00am to dusk. No overnight privileges.
- Use of Confetti on tables is prohibited.
