Reminder that the new ordinance requiring landlords to register tenants is due no later than September 15, 2024.
This includes properties occupied for monetary exchange or not, written lease or not, and any property allowed to be occupied by any person other than yourself is considered a landlord tenant relationship per the ordinance.
Please turn in the forms no later than September 15, 2024. Forms can be downloaded from the township website or requested in person at the township office. Failure to complete forms and send in the registration fee may result in fines for failure to register and violation of the ordinance.
