Herminie VFW 8427
Herminie VFW Post 8427 Auxiliary has changed the Meeting Day and Time. The New meeting night will now be the Third Monday of the Month at 7PM. Effective Monday January 18th at 7pm.
We are looking for Auxiliary members that are able to assist us with our upcoming Valentine’s Day Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser as well as our Lenten Fish Fries.
Please attend the meeting and let us know how you are able to help out. If you are unable to attend but can help us contact Carol at 724-446-0197.
Note: As of July 2015 the VFW Auxiliaries are accepting Men –
VFW Auxiliary Members:
- Must be citizens of the United States or a United States National, and at least 16 years old.
- Those eligible are:
- Husband/Wife
- Widower/Widow
- Father/Mother
- Grandfathers/Grandmothers
- Sons/Daughters
- Grandsons/Granddaughters
- Brothers/Sisters
Of persons who were or are eligible for membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States.
Would you like to Join the Auxiliary all you need to do is fill out an application with your relatives information and yours for approval. We can use all help with our work to assist our Veterans and their families in our region.
